The MLM Commission Sale System
MLM or the Multi Level marketing system is a method in which the parent company is able to market their products and services directly to the consumers through referral or direct sales. There is no intermediary retailer and the company tracks and contacts the consumer directly.
The agents in this process are called the distributors who earn commissions by promoting such multi level marketing. Naturally the commission depends on the volume of business earned by the distributor.
These independent distributors develop their own customer base and arrange the process of the customer buying directly from the parent company. The main distributors may have a number of sub-distributors below them who will carry on the business on commission basis and have their own independent customer bases.
Distributors can also buy products from the parent company at wholesale price and sale them at retail prices. All these require good mlm training that is provided to all the distributors and sub-distributors by the parent company.
Another important feature of the system is that distributors earn commission on their own sales efforts as well as the sales made down the line by the sub-distributors. It is something like the franchise where royalties from sales are distributed between the franchisor as well as the regional manager.
The mlm business is always carried out according to the marketing plan designed by the parent company and people at multiple levels may receive commission on sale by one person.
